Two things:
1. My son started the 1st grade today. Never have the glory days of my youth looked so very far behind me. It’s a whole new kind of joy, though, to see him just getting started. I’m loving every minute of it, even if it does make my grey hairs seem just a bit greyer.
2. If you turn on any recording device, my children will immediately demand your attention. Unless, of course, you’re actually trying to record THEM…in which case they will either stare at their feet in silence or leave the room.
