“When I first created counterweight yoyo play, I had this weird idea about all tricks being mirror images of themselves…I wanted to create an entire freestyle where it started with a trick, progressed, and then I switched to doing everything on the opposite site and repeated the freestyle in reverse until I ended at the mirror image of the first trick. I was kinda pretentious in my 20s.” – Steve
